Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AI Crossposting Platform. By using the service, the user agrees to these terms and confirms that they are authorized to connect and manage the selected social accounts.

2. Service description

AI Crossposting Platform helps users prepare content, connect official social media accounts, create platform-specific drafts, manage approvals, publish or schedule content, and track workflow status from one protected dashboard.

3. Connected social accounts

Platform actions require authorization by the owner of the relevant social account. The service acts only within the permissions granted by the user through official OAuth or API flows. The user can disconnect accounts or revoke access where supported.

4. Content and publishing

The user is responsible for the content they create, upload, schedule or publish. AI Crossposting Platform does not publish content automatically without an explicit user action, approval or user-configured schedule. TikTok Direct Post is never started by a background schedule: the user must review the current creator, video, caption, privacy, interaction, disclosure and AIGC settings and then click the final Publish to TikTok button. Mock or sandbox results are not represented as evidence of a successful TikTok Direct Post.

5. User responsibilities

The user is responsible for ensuring that:

• they own or have legal permission to use and publish the content;
• content complies with applicable laws and each connected platform's rules;
• connected accounts and credentials are used only with proper authorization;
• submitted account, content and publication information is accurate.

6. API permissions

Requested permissions are used only to identify connected accounts, show connection status, upload or publish user-provided content, and maintain publication records. Permissions are not used to sell user data, scrape connected accounts or perform unrelated analytics.

7. Prohibited use

Users must not use the service to publish unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive or unauthorized content.

8. Availability and limitations

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every future change made by external platforms, or error-free operation.

9. Termination and revocation

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time. Users may stop using the service and revoke connected platform access through the relevant platform settings.
