1. Purpose of the application

AI Crossposting Platform is a web application that helps authorized users connect their own social media accounts, prepare content, preview platform-specific versions, approve posts, and publish or schedule content from one protected dashboard.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the service, including:

  • account login information for authorized app users;
  • connected social account identifiers, display names, usernames, profile metadata and connection status;
  • OAuth tokens, API credentials and granted scopes required for user-authorized platform actions;
  • content drafts, captions, media assets, thumbnails, schedules, approvals and publication status records;
  • technical logs required for security, troubleshooting and workflow execution.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • authenticate users and protect the dashboard;
  • connect social accounts selected by the user through official OAuth or API flows;
  • show connected account identity, scopes and readiness status inside the application;
  • create, preview, approve, publish or schedule content only after an explicit user action;
  • store operational history, publication results and troubleshooting information.

For TikTok Direct Post, we request fresh Creator Info for the selected account and do not transfer the video to TikTok until the user confirms the final publication screen. TikTok Direct Post is not initiated by background scheduling.

4. Social platform data

Social platform data is used only for the functionality requested by the user. OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted on the backend. We do not sell social platform data, use it for third-party advertising, scrape connected accounts, or share it with unrelated analytics services.

Users can disconnect connected accounts from the Integrations area or revoke access in the relevant platform settings.

5. Storage and security

Sensitive credentials are encrypted before storage. Media files and content metadata are stored only as needed to operate the service, maintain publication history and troubleshoot user-requested workflows. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-party services

We may process data through official platform APIs, hosting providers, storage providers and workflow infrastructure only to deliver the functions requested by the user. These processors are not allowed to use the data for their own independent purposes.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep content, connection records and logs for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain operational history or satisfy legal obligations. A user may request deletion of applicable records by contacting the app owner.

8. Children

AI Crossposting Platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will be published on this page with the updated date.
