What Google data is stored

• Google account identifier, email and basic profile fields granted through OAuth.
• YouTube channel ID, channel name and channel metadata returned by the channel probe.
• Encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens with the granted scopes required for user-authorized YouTube actions.
• YouTube upload results such as video ID, privacy status and public YouTube URL.
• Operator-created video package metadata, including title, caption, hashtags, thumbnail and scheduling status.

Why this data is needed

AI Crossposting Platform uses Google OAuth only to connect the user's YouTube channel, verify channel identity, upload approved videos or Shorts, and manage published video status when the user explicitly requests it.

The application complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third-party analytics services.

Disconnect and deletion

A connected Google account can be disconnected from the Integrations screen. Disconnecting revokes the active integration in AI Crossposting Platform and prevents future YouTube API calls from this app. The user can also request deletion of stored Google and YouTube connection records from the app owner.
